- Please note that on all non-EU (incl. Switzerland & Norway) shipments no VAT is charged when ordering but customs and duty charges will be issued on delivery in some cases - it is the customer's responsibility to pay for these charges. Returns & Exchanges
Below you will find the procedure to follow if you are not content with your purchase or if you want to make an exchange for a different size:
1. You are entitled to return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it no matter what reason (EU law). The only criteria is that the goods are returned in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.
2. Returns can be made by asking for a return number from order[at]damageplayground[dot]com.
3. You will then receive an e-mail with a personal return number. Returns without a return number will not be accepted.
4. Please return the goods within 3 days after receiving the return number by taking the following into account:

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange any items you must do so within 14 days after receiving the goods (unwashed and unworn). In order to process a return or exchange, items must be returned to us in their original condition including packaging e.g. shoes must be returned within the shoe box they arrived in. Goods will be inspected when returned.
Who pays for the returning item?
The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
